There are one or two vineyards here in NZ that practice biodynamic viticulture and I find it totally bizarre (granted I am skeptical about most things mystical or astrological). I would be interested to hear what they said about the effects of heavenly bodies on planting, harvesting or any other part of the winemaking process.Milesnoreply@blogger.com
