The recipe sounds great. Here is a real...Hey Meg. The recipe sounds great. Here is a real simple mayo based salad that my kids adore. Especially when it is still warm!!<br /><br />1 lb Elbows (or whatever you love)<br />1 cup sour cream<br />1 cup mayo<br />8 hard boiled eggs<br /><br />mix the sour cream and mayo. Chop the eggs course and add to the mayo mix. <br /><br />Boil pasta according to directs. When still al dente drain the pasta. Let cool for 5-10 minutes but not completely. Fold in the mayo mix, salt and pepper to taste. You will need to adjust the salt once it is chilled as well.<br /><br />Thats the basic, but great.
