There's an art to the perfect omelet, one I have yet to learn. I'm blessed, therefore, that Nick became obsessed with perfecting said art a couple of years ago. His touch hasn't worn off, so you can imagine my delight upon entering the kitchen one morning last week to discover him cracking eggs into three separate bowls.
Maybe one day he'll agree to give you all a tutorial, hmmm?

Come on John! You cant just leave the audience hanging like this :)
Sorry I meant Nick...
If you want the tutorial Nick learned from, all you have to do is find the Julia Child episode on making an omelet. We watched it over and over, Nick practiced on me, and eventually, he got great at it!
I would like a lesson from Mr. White in the fall. I make a mean scrambled egg and a delicious fried egg, but I have never been able to manage the classice three-egg omlett. I am here to learn.
@Louisa: Excellent! I will link to it in an update!
@Jeremy: I do believe we can arrange this, especially as it means I will get to eat omelets.
