Morwena asked this question today, and it's a fair one - chances are, if you don't live in the northeastern U.S. or eastern Canada, you've never tasted a ramp.So, here's my answer: to me, ramps taste like spring onions crossed with garlic, with a slightly meaty flavor thrown in for good measure.
